Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

  • The purpose of this Terms of Use is to regulate the rights, duties, responsibilities, and other necessary measures between the user and service provider in using the membership service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) provided by website of the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”).
  • ① This Terms of Use shall take an effect when it is disclosed to the user by posting it on service screen or using other methods, and the user agrees to the terms of use and signs up for the service.
  • ② The Service Provider may change the contents of this Terms of Use if deemed necessary. The amended Terms of Use will be posted on the service screen so that the user can check it directly.
  • ③ If the user disagrees with the amended Terms of Use, he or she may stop using the service and cancel the membership registration. Using the service continuously is deemed to have agreed to the amendments to Terms of Use, and the amended Terms of Use shall take an effect by the same method as the previous Paragraph.
  • ④ If the user agrees to details of this Terms of Use, it will be preferentially applied to the service provision act of the Service Provider and service use act of the user. This Terms of Use shall be superior to the Privacy Policy provided by the Service Provider. The matters that are not regulated in this Terms of Use shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, Personal Information Protection Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc., Korea Communications Standards Commission’s Regulations, Code of Ethics on Information and Communications, Program Protection Act, and other relevant statutes and commercial practices of Republic of Korea.

Article 2 (Effectiveness of Terms of Use and Its Amendments)

  • ① This Terms of Use shall take an effect when it is disclosed to the user by posting it on service screen or using other methods, and the user agrees to the terms of use and signs up for the service.
  • ② The Service Provider may change the contents of this Terms of Use if deemed necessary. The amended Terms of Use will be posted on the service screen so that the user can check it directly.
  • ③ If the user disagrees with the amended Terms of Use, he or she may stop using the service and cancel the membership registration. Using the service continuously is deemed to have agreed to the amendments to Terms of Use, and the amended Terms of Use shall take an effect by the same method as the previous Paragraph.
  • ④ If the user agrees to details of this Terms of Use, it will be preferentially applied to the service provision act of the Service Provider and service use act of the user. Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

  • ① The terms used in this Terms of Use shall be defined as follows.
    • 1. User : A member and a non-member who accesses and receives the service provided by the Service Provider
    • 2. Member : A person who accesses the service, agrees with Terms of Use, issued of ID (serial number) and password, and completes the authentication process, such as text authentication
    • 3. Non-Member : A person who uses the service provided by the Service Provider without signing up as a member
    • 4. ID (Serial Number) : A combination of alphabets and numbers selected by the user and approved by the Service Provider for member identification and use of service by the member.
    • 5. Password : A combination of letters and numbers set by the user for member information protection
    • 6. Withdrawal : An expression of intention by the Service Provider or member to terminate the service use contract after using the service.
  • ② The definitions of the terms used in this Terms of Use shall be governed by the related statutes and service guideline, unless otherwise defined in Paragraph 1.

Article 4 (Establishment of Use Contract)

The use contract shall be established upon consent granted by the user on content of Terms of Use and approval granted by the Service Provider on application of use.

Article 5 (Application for Use)

To apply for use, the user shall record his or her personal information to a sign-up form requested by the Service Provider in the member information screen.

Article 6 (Acceptance and Rejection of Application for Use)

  • ① If the user submits application for use by filling out the matters regulated in Article 5, the Service Provider may accept the application for service use in accordance with the internal rules
  • ② The Service Provider may restrict the use of certain services until the grounds of restriction has been resolved in any of the following cases
    • 1. If the content is found to be false (fake name, non-real name) or there is reasonable ground for doubt
    • 2. Other cases deemed necessary by the Service Provider
  • ③The service Provider may restrict the application for use in any of the following cases.
    • 1. When the application is not made under the actual name of the user
    • 2. When the application is made under the name of another person
    • 3. When the application form is falsely filled out
    • 4. When the acts or expressions of user violate the purpose of the website
    • 5. When the application has been made to disrupt the social well-being or public order
    • 6. When the user failed to provide other requirements regulated by the Service Provider

Article 7 (Changes in Contract Matters)

The user may access or edit his or her information in Manage Member Information menu. In case of any change in matters provided during application for use, the user shall edit the information. The user shall be responsible for any problem that happened by not making corrections.
